Do You Ship Internationally?
We only offer international shipping on our Swiss-made watch collections.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT charged by the country you've requested we ship your order to. These fees are not included in our shipping fee, and we cannot estimate what fees you will be charged.
We strongly encourage you to research what your country's Custom Duty fees are before you complete your order. Your fees will be based on the full retail price of all items you purchased from us.
can i edit or cancel my order once it is placed?
We can accommodate these requests within an hour of having received the order. We like to ship out orders quickly, so you can get them soon.
If you needed to cancel an order that has already been fulfilled and we aren't able to accommodate your request, just return it requesting a refund and we will do so (except shipping charges) as long as everything is still in New condition.
If you needed to edit your order that has already been fulfilled and we aren't able to accommodate your request, just return it back to us requesting an exchange.
